Terms of Service

DRAFT — Pending Attorney Review. This document is a working draft based on standard telehealth industry practice. It must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before ReddyDoc accepts its first patient. Arbitration, dispute resolution, and licensure sections require particular attorney attention.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your use of the ReddyDoc telehealth platform at reddydoc.com and all related services (“Services“). By creating an account, submitting a medical intake, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of the United States and located in a state where our clinicians are licensed at the time of consultation.
• You must provide truthful, complete, and current information during intake. Misrepresentation of medical history or identity may result in denial of treatment and termination of your account.
• You must be capable of giving informed consent for medical treatment.

3. What ReddyDoc is (and is not)

ReddyDoc is an asynchronous telehealth platform. You submit a medical questionnaire, a licensed clinician reviews it, and — if appropriate — writes a prescription that is filled by a partner pharmacy and shipped to you.

ReddyDoc is not:

• A substitute for an in-person primary care relationship or a comprehensive physical examination.
• An emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
• A mental health crisis service. If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm, call or text the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
• A pharmacy. Pharmacy dispensing is provided by an independently licensed pharmacy partner.

4. Clinical review and prescribing discretion

All clinical decisions are made by a licensed clinician exercising independent medical judgment. Placing an order does not guarantee a prescription. Our clinicians may:

• Approve your request and issue a prescription.
• Decline your request if treatment is not medically appropriate for you.
• Request additional information before making a decision.
• Refer you to in-person care.

If your request is declined, you will receive a full refund of any medication charge to your original payment method. Consultation fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable because the clinical review was performed.

Controlled substances: ReddyDoc does not prescribe DEA-controlled substances (Schedule II–V) except where required by state law and expressly permitted by our clinical policies.

5. Payments, refunds, and cancellations

• Prices are stated on the product page and at checkout. All prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Payment is processed at checkout by our payment partner (Shopify Payments or its designated processor).
• If our clinician declines your request, a full refund is issued automatically to your original payment method within three to five business days.
• If your medical questionnaire is not completed within seven days of order placement despite two reminders, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
• If your medication has already shipped, we cannot cancel or refund the order except in the case of a shipping error or verified damage.
• You are responsible for keeping your shipping address current. We are not responsible for missed deliveries caused by an incorrect address.

6. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You may not share your account with anyone else.
• You must notify us immediately at security@reddydoc.com of any unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, misrepresentation, or as required by law.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the ReddyDoc platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and clinical questionnaires — is owned by ReddyDoc or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use ReddyDoc content for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDDYDOC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. REDDYDOC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECT WILL BE CORRECTED.

Nothing in this section limits ReddyDoc clinicians’ liability for their professional medical services, which are subject to applicable state medical practice acts and standards of care.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDDYDOC AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO REDDYDOC IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReddyDoc and its affiliates from any claim arising from your misrepresentation of medical information, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of applicable law.

11. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [pending — likely Delaware], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing privacy@reddydoc.com. We may terminate or suspend your account without notice for material breach of these Terms, fraud, or as required by law. Medical records are retained per HIPAA regardless of account status.

13. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement: these Terms plus our Privacy Policy, Notice of Privacy Practices, and Telehealth Informed Consent constitute the entire agreement between you and ReddyDoc.
• Severability: if any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: you may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to a successor entity.
• Notices: we may notify you by email to the address on file or by posting to the Services.
