Not medical advice
The content on the ReddyDoc website — product descriptions, blog posts, FAQs, and educational articles — is for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed clinician who has personally evaluated you.
The telehealth consultation IS medical care
The online medical questionnaire you complete after checkout is a medical consultation, and the clinician who reviews it establishes a patient–clinician relationship with you for the purposes of that consultation. Any prescription that is written for you is based on the clinician’s evaluation of your intake responses. Provide complete and accurate answers — omissions or inaccuracies can lead to unsafe prescribing.
Not for emergencies
ReddyDoc is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a medical emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, uncontrolled bleeding, severe allergic reaction, thoughts of harming yourself or others — call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not attempt to contact ReddyDoc for emergencies.
Individual results vary
Medications affect different patients differently. The information published on ReddyDoc reflects general clinical evidence — it does not guarantee that any given medication will work for you or be free of side effects. Always read the medication guide included with your prescription.
Consult your primary care provider
Telehealth is one tool in your overall care — it complements, not replaces, an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider. Please inform your regular doctor about any medications you receive through ReddyDoc so they can review for drug interactions, contraindications, and continuity of care.
